Features & Deposit

We nail down the specifics, finalize features, and take a deposit to get you on the schedule.

Wk 3

Plans & Permits

We handle the drawings, pull permits from your local municipality, and place material orders.

Wk 4–6

Site Prep

Permit approvals come through, materials arrive, and we prep the site for construction.

Wk 6+

Construction

We break ground and build. Most average-size buildings take about 3 weeks. Larger or complex builds up to 6.
