Keep your posts out of the ground
Traditional post-frame construction buries a treated wood post directly in the ground. That post may last 50 or even 100 years — but eventually, it will rot. It is the single biggest long-term vulnerability in a post-frame building.
We offer permanent foundation solutions using Permacolumn Sturdi-Wall brackets — a concrete pier and steel bracket system that holds the post above grade, eliminating all ground contact and any possibility of rot. Backed by a lifetime warranty and engineered for both durability and longevity.

Most shop and garage builds are completed in 2–4 weeks once materials are on site. Barndominiums with interior finishing can take 3–6 months depending on scope. We give you a realistic timeline before we ever break ground.
Yes. We work with local counties across Northern Colorado to pull the necessary permits and can coordinate stamped engineering drawings for your project. We handle the paperwork so you can focus on the build.

Post-frame (also called pole barn construction) uses large laminated columns buried in the ground or anchored to a foundation, which eliminates the need for a full concrete perimeter. It's faster, more cost-effective, and incredibly strong — ideal for large clear-span spaces like shops, garages, and barndominiums.
Yes. Our overhead door division works independently of new construction. We can supply and install commercial and residential overhead doors on existing structures across Northern Colorado.
