JMJ stands for Jesus, Mary, and Joseph. We're brothers Luke and Chad Baumann — a family-owned team based in Platteville, CO, building honest structures for honest people.
Meet the Founders
Two brothers, one standard
Luke and Chad Baumann founded JMJ Construction in 2023, bringing different experiences and skills to the table with the same goal — to provide their community with honest, high-quality post-frame construction done by the people who actually own the company.
Chad brings a background in various construction fields and a deep understanding of how structures go together from the ground up. Luke draws on the discipline and precision learned through military service. Together, they bring a combined 22 years of construction and client relations experience — and a shared belief that the industry can and should do better.
The name JMJ — Jesus, Mary, and Joseph — reflects the Christian values that guide every decision they make, from how they price a job to how they treat a client. We handle permitting, manage material orders, and stay with every project from the first call to the final walkthrough. Fully licensed and insured, based in Platteville, CO.
